I excavated my spiritual evolution and assembled the bones into the Liquid Armature, a three-dimensional map of my path into abiding awakening.
The Reordering & The Remembering
At its heart, the practice is a single move. A re-widening from the collapsed object back into the living field. One remembering, run through every facet of the Liquid Armature, at every scale and every level at once.
And when you stop contracting around the object and begin to hold the living field and the object together, something has quietly reordered. The field comes first now, and the object second. You no longer abandon the whole for the part.
Beneath the collapse lies one root wound, self-abandonment; one fuel, the longing to reunify with what you are; one solvent, grief; and one law, honesty, the measure of what you can hold. Hold any two poles together and you birth the presence that holds them, or rather, remember it was there all along: an alive emptiness, which is also what you are.
With the spatial vision of a ceramic sculptor, the emotional mastery of a relational therapist, the intellectual rigor of a neuroscience researcher, and the comprehensive experience of a recognized spiritual teacher within an enduring lineage, I identify, communicate, and distill complex psychological and spiritual concepts into succinct, actionable pointers and practices.
